Department of Food Processing

Our school, which was established as Adıyaman Vocational School, continued its activities as a school affiliated to İnönü University until 2006. Our school was affiliated to Adıyaman University with the law number 5467 dated March 1, 2006, and the law that entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 17 March 2006 and numbered 26111. During this period, the Department of Food Processing was established and today, education and training activities continue within the Vocational School of Technical Sciences.

Vision: Raising well-equipped technical staff with professional responsibility awareness to ensure the production of healthy, quality and reliable products in food production from the field to the table; Seeking solutions to the problems of companies operating in the food sector of our country, especially local companies, by working in coordination with industrial organizations; is to be a department that is constantly developing and renewed with the scientific studies carried out within its body.

Mission: Mission: To train intermediate staff who are competent in food processing, who act within the framework of professional ethical rules, who follow the innovations in the sector, who are qualified, who have high communication skills, and who protect their moral and social values.
